1050 aluminum coil is a type of pure aluminium product, boasting high plasticity, good corrosion resistance and excellent heat conductivity. But it is not suitable for heat treatment because of low strength. Its cutability is not so good. As a regular member of the most frequently applied industrial aluminum coil series, 1050 aluminum coil has simple manufacturing process and relatively low cost. Its thickness ranges from 0.1mm to 4.5mm, and tempers include O, H14, H18, H22 and H24. Typical end products of 1050 coil include CTP base plates, aluminum plastic plates, lamp parts, battery explosion-proof valves and so on.

Like 1050, 1100 aluminum coil is also a member of pure industrial aluminum series. It has high tensile strength, good elongation, excellent electricity conductivity and extraordinary forming property, usually used as a raw material for products requiring good workability, strong corrosion resistance yet low strength. 　3005 aluminum coil has a higher strength and stronger corrosion resistance than 3003. Also known as an anti-rust series, 3000 aluminium coil contains a manganese of between 1.0% and 1.5%. Its price is higher than both 1050 and 1100 aluminum coil. Regular application includes coated CTP plates, lamp head parts, shutter blinds, curtain wall etc.
