Aluminum sheet metal of 1xxx, 3xxx, 2xxx, 5xxx, 6xxx and 7xxx series can be hot rolled and cold rolled upon your requirements. Thickness is from 0.1mm to 350mm, width 100mm to 2500mm and length up to 16000mm. Surface treatment methods available include mill finish, mirror polishing, color coating, embossing, brushing etc.

Quality Control

1. Strict selection of raw materials. No wast aluminum is allowed to be adopted.

2. Standard production procedure. Each step of production follows given rules in machine operation and working actions, so that the quality of aluminum sheets can be guaranteed first.

3. Stable quality inspection. The first round of inspection is during the production, which will be checked by people in the second round, and in case of high rates of unaccepted products, relative people will be punished in various ways, including salary deduction. There are four rounds of inspection altogether.

4. Careful packaging. Clients have right to refuse the goods once there are damages and relative people will shoulder the responsibility.
