Hot rolling can be applied to not only surface treatment of aluminum mirror sheets but also anodizing treatment. This technique is expected to solve several shortcomings of domestic sheets, such as low efficiency, residual polishing marks on the surface, unstable mirroring effect etc. This most advanced hot rolling mirroring technology in China makes newly produced sheets reach superior ones from overseas in both appearance and quality. Their reflectivity comes to 86% and more while the cost is lower by one third than exported sheets.
